How to use the Evolution® Safety Helmet Cooling Sweatband

  • Soak the sweatband in clean water for 1-2 minutes, allowing the HyperKewl™ PLUS material to absorb liquid and activate.
  • Wipe excess water from the sweatband fabric before fitting.
  • Fit the helmet harness using 6 easy attachment points. *
  • Wear for up to 10 hours of cooling action.
  • To reactivate simply remove the sweatband, soak it again, and re-fit to the helmet.  
  • Machine washable at 60°C to keep the sweatband clean and ready for reuse.
